Scratch The Surface is made up of 5 very experienced individuals, which all add up to a great combination. They believe in putting on a solid show that's always new and fresh, no matter what the location or setting.

Formed at the start of 2008, Scratch The Surface have already gained a huge following and a great number of gig locations plus a fantastic amount of awareness through the public. Promotion of the band has reached as far north as Scotland.

The band was initially going to simply be called, Surface, but this was deemed a little too short and the longer name stuck.
